You can add or delete your Bank of Hampton Roads CheckCards at any time by logging into your account on the Rewards website. No. You will receive a cash back reward each time you make a purchase using your Bank of Hampton Roads CheckCard at a participating merchant.How do I find out the size of the reward being offered from each merchant?
Participating businesses set a cash back percentage. These percentages are displayed on the Rewards website next to each business listing. The dollar amount of the reward is equal to your purchase amount multiplied by the cash back percentage. For example, if you made a purchase of $50 at a business with a cash back percentage of 5%, you would earn a reward of $2.50.Is there a limit to the amount of the cash reward I can receive on a purchase?
Along with their cash back percentage, participating merchants can set a maximum reward amount you can receive through a single purchase. You can view that information on the homepage of the Rewards website. There you'll find a listing of participating merchants, their rewards percentage and a maximum cash reward dollar amount per purchase. Not all merchants set a maximum reward. Next to their rewards percentage for those merchants No Limit is shown.Why do I need to create a username and password to use the Rewards website?
By creating a username and password, you can log into your account and manage your profile on the Rewards website. Once logged in, you can:- Change your username and password.
- Add or remove your Bank of Hampton Roads CheckCards.
- View purchases and track rewards credited and earned, by month and year.

If you've not seen your reward post in 30 days of your purchase, you should contact us by filling out the brief form on the Rewards website.
